Corporate Services Business Unit
Mission

The Corporate Services Business Unit coordinates and provides comprehensive, professional administration and support to the municipal operating departments of The Corporation of the City of North Bay and several major Agencies and Boards. Corporate Services has annual operating expenditures of $8,750,000.00 and annual revenues of $4,400,000.00. Its major annual revenue generators include Provincial Offences gross revenues of $1,500,000.00, Parking gross revenues of $1,000,000.00, Lottery Licences revenues of $275,000.00, Business Licences revenues of $31,000.00, Marriage Licences revenues of $45,000.00.

Corporate Services acts through 66 full time and 3 part time employees, 4 employees of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires. Its clients include the North Bay Police Services Board and the District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board. It also assists the North Bay Jack Garland Airport Corporation and the North Bay - Mattawa Conservation Authority to help reduce duplication and minimize administrative costs.
