and Invitation of Comments

Please be advised that the City of North Bay has received an application for a Zoning By-law amendment under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended. This application has been deemed to be a complete submission. This letter is to notify you of the proposed amendment, to invite your comments and questions and to advise you that there will be a public meeting before City Council pertaining to the proposed amendment.
The subject property is located at 594 Hardy Street. It has frontage of approximately 15 metres and a total lot area of approximately 450 square metres. The property is currently designated “Residential” under the City of North Bay Official Plan and is zoned “Residential Second Density” by Zoning By-law 2015-30. It is currently developed with a single detached dwelling.

Comments received will be summarized in a report that will be submitted to City Council for their consideration. If you so choose, you may also provide comments in person at the Public Meeting.
