Downtown Community Improvement Plan
The Downtown Community Improvement Plan provides significant advantages for Downtown North Bay. Are you a business owner, property owner or a potential investor looking for funding opportunities in Downtown North Bay?
The Community Improvement Plan offers financial assistance for feasibility studies, facade/signage improvements and the revitalization/redevelopment of buildings.
The purpose of the plan is to create a mechanism to promote investment, generate economic development and increase assessment. Financial incentives including grants of up to $15,000 and interest free loans of up to $50,000 are available.
