Vendor Fee Schedule
Vendors must apply to the Armed Forces Appreciation Day Committee to participate in the June 17th, 2017 celebrations. The Committee reserves the right to choose the type, quantity and location of vendor booths. Vendors, who have previously been allocated seasonal space at the Waterfront, will be given first right of refusal.
Food Concession A
Defined as primary food/vendor location in the main event area at the Waterfront (includes garbage pick-up).
Multi product concession
Fee $95.05 + HST
Many types of products
(fries, burgers, hotdogs, beverages, ice cream, confectionary items)
Mini product concession
Fee $51.35 + HST
Limited to one type of product
(hot dog stand, pizza stand, ice cream cart)
Note: If you are required to pay for your participation in the Armed Forces Appreciation Day celebrations, the fee must be submitted in full no later than Monday, June 5, 2017. Cheques are to be made payable to: City of North Bay.
