Beach season wraps up for City lifeguards
North Bay, ON – August 23, 2016 – City of North Bay lifeguards have officially wrapped up another summer season. As of Monday, August 22, lifeguards are no longer on duty at the City’s three beaches, however beaches will remain open.
Residents are encouraged to enjoy the remainder of the summer at the beaches, but are reminded to be water smart. Don’t swim alone or in bad weather, swim in designated areas, supervise your children when they are in the water, and avoid diving.
