Clarification on North Bay Transit holiday promotional passes included in December residential water bills

The City of North Bay recently mailed out a holiday promotion for North Bay Transit included with the December residential water bills.

Unfortunately we mistakenly mailed out a number of promotional passes that were expired.  We identified and quickly corrected the error, however some residents may still receive/have received an expired pass. We apologize for the error and any confusion it has caused.

The City will honour all promotional passes containing the expired date.  The day pass can be redeemed on any bus or at the main transit terminal until January 15, 2017.

If you are a resident enrolled in e-billing, you can visit the transit terminal between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday to Friday to pick up your free day pass – your water account number will be required.
