Flag Raising Requests
Events involving flag raising ceremonies may be held upon request at City Hall and at the City's discretion.
All requests for Flag Raising must be submitted no later than 30 days in advance of the event.
At the discretion of the Mayor's Office, the City will fly the flags of other sovereign nations, non-profit societies and other local organizations at City Hall upon request.
Parties wishing to have their flags displayed by the City are required to supply the flag(s). These flags should be 90 cm by 180 cm (36 in. x 72 in.) and must be in good condition.
Once scheduled, all flags must be submitted to the Customer Service Centre 10 business days in advance of the event.
