Fibromyalgia North Bay (FMNB) Support Group Meeting

Support Group meeting for people living with Fibromyalgia (FM) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), either diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis, as well as for their family and friends.

A Peer Support Group can reduce the sense of isolation you may feel by providing an opportunity to meet others who understand what it is like to live with FM and CFS.

We will meet in Room 303

Topic: Brain Fog / Cognitive Difficulties
- How prominent a symptom for you is brain or cognitive problems?
- How do your diminished mental abilities affect you, whether mentally, emotionally or socially?

Come and share your experience or learn some new techniques that may work for you.
