Being a by-law to provide for the extension of the Sanitary Sewerage System on certain streets within the limits of the Town of North Bay, and all necessary drain connections to the street line on either or both sides, under the provisions of the Local Improvement Act, and to authorize the making of an agreement for temporary advances to meet the cost thereof.
