  • Frozen Waterlines
This cold weather continues to plague our Sewer and Water department with frozen lines and breaks. As of this morning with have 82 frozen services and with our current 3 thawing units we are able to average 8 per day. We will be working with customers to set up temporary lines and have put out notices those who have had problems with frozen lines in the past to run their water. Additionally we have a 250mm broken water main at Trout Lake Road between McKay and Connaught and crews have been out since noon Sunday.
