  • Open Burning Rating
With the current weather conditions, North Bay Fire & Emergency Services advises that we are in High to Extreme rating. Hot, dry and windy conditions are predicted to continue for the next few days and could prove disastrous for any type of burning. “At this time we are not moving to a burning ban” says Fire Chief Grant Love. “If significant rainfall is not experienced, the very dry conditions will continue and may have to move to a Burning Ban”
  • Water Web Portal Tips
When you log into the Portal to review your water consumption, the bill estimator is based on your last 30 days. It is important to remember that July and August are generally peak water consumption months. If you have been watering your lawn, filling your pool or have changed your water usage in the last 30 days, you need to review your historical consumption over several months to determine your typical monthly bill under the new billing structure.
