Being a By-Law to provide for taking the votes of the electors on a proposed By-Law entitled "Being a By-Law for entering into a contract with Amelia Parks, for the purchase of certain land and premises in the Town of North Bay for Park purposes, and for borrowing the sum of $25,000.00 for payment thereof".
