Being a By-Law to provide for taking the votes of the electors on a proposed By-Law entitled "Being a By-Law for entering into a contract with North Bay Agricultural Association, for the purchase of certain lands and premises in the Town of North Bay for Park and Market purposes, and for borrowing the sum of $11,830.93 for payment thereof".
