Being a By-Law to authorize the borrowing of Fifteen Thousand Dollars to purchase lands and premises in the City of North Bay, known as Amelia Park, for Park purposes for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) and that is the amount of the debt intended to be created.
