Being a by-law appointing the day and places for taking the votes of the municipal electors of the City of North Bay, pursuant to the provisions of by-law no. 79-68 of the Corporation of the City of North Bay requiring the submission to a vote of the municipal electors aforesaid, for their assent, proposed by-law no. 78-68 authorizing the Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into an exclusive franchise agreement with charterways limited.
and being a by-law appointing the days and the places for taking the votes of municipal electors at the advance polls
and being a by-law authorizing the publication of proposed by-law no 78-68 pursuant to the municipal franchises act R.S.O. 1960 c. 225, sec. 3 (1) and the municipal act, R.S.O. 1960, c. 249, sec. 257 (5);
And being a by-law to appoint a deputy returning officer and a poll clerk for each polling place.
And being a by-law appointing the time when and the place where, the clerk will sum up the number of votes given for and against the proposed by-law, the time and place for the appointment of persons to attend at the polling places and the time and place for the appointment of persons to attend at the final summing up of the votes by the clerk
