Being a by-law to authorize the Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated as of the 30th day of September, 1968 between the corporation of the City of North Bay and J.M. Major amending that certain agreement dated the 22nd day of December, 1966 entered into between the former municipal corporation of the township of Widdifield and J.M. major aforesaid relating to the operation of the sanitary landfill project
