Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 1st day of February, 1969, between Gysbertus Taeklenburg of the city of North Bay and the Corporation of the City of North Bay pertaining to an encroachment on the building situate on that portion of Lot 236 on the north side of Cassells street as shown on registered plan no. 10, for the city of North Bay.
