Being a by-law authorizing the Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain contract agreement dated the 26th Day of May, 1969 between the Corporation of the City of North Bay and GAP construction company limited relating to the relocation of sanitary sewer, watermain and storm drainage at Canadian Longyear Limited
