Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 22nd day of November, 1971 between the Hydro Electric Commission of North Bay and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the transfer to The Corporation of the street lighting system within the boundaries of the City of North Bay.
