Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 10th day of January, 1972 between Ville Emard Construction Co. Ltd. and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the provision and installation of services to Block "A" Plan M-362 in the City of North Bay.
