Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 13th day of December, 1971, between Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of the province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Public Works of the First Part, Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of the province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Transportation and Communications of the Second Part, Uscan Development Corporation Limited of the Third Part and The Corporation of the City of North Bay of the Fourth Part relating to the right of leasehold lands.
