Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 12th day of June, 1972 between Ontario Northland Transportation Commission and The Corporation of the City of North Bay to provide for the installation and maintenance of crossing signal protection at mileage 3.93 on the Temagami subdivision, Lees Road.
