Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 10th day of July, 1972 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay, of the One Part, and the Honourable Postmaster General of Canada, acting for and on behalf of Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, of the Other Part, hereto represented by the Deputy Postmaster General relating to the conveyance of Her Majesty's Letter Carriers on the buses operated by The Corporation within the corporate limits of the City of North Bay.
