Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 26th day of September, 1972 between Philip Thomas Evers and Evelyn Dorothy Evers of the City of North Bay and The Corporation of the City of North Bay pertaining to an encroachment of the building situate on Part 1 on Plan NR-1073, being Part of Lot 18, Concession "D" of the City of North Bay and municipally known as 1590 Seymour Street.
