Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 21st day of September, 1972 between Canadian National Railway Company and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to a watermain crossing of the Canadian National Railway tracks and right-of-way at mileage 63.28 of the Alderdale subdivision (Second Street).
