Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated the 29th day of November, 1972 between Champlain Forest Products Ltd. and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the installation of an eight inch (8") diameter watermain connecting Bond Street to Second Street in the City of North Bay.
