Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 25th day of June, 1973 between the Board of the North Bay Drop-Inn of the First Part and The Corporation of the City of North Bay of the Second Part relating to the granting of financial assistance to the Drop-Inn Centre.
