Being a by-law authorizing The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated the 24th day of May, 1973 between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Communications and The Corporation of the City of North Bay.
