Being a by-law passed pursuant to the provisions of the Local Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1970, Ch. 255, Section 8, declaring it is desirable that the construction of a 26' gravel roadway as described in Schedule "A" to this by-law should be undertaken as a local improvement.
