Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain Renewal Agreement dated the 7th day of August, 1973 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, represented by the Minister of National Defence relating to the installation and operation of a siren on lands owned by the municipality.
