Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain Addendum to Subdivision Agreement dated the 9th day of October, 1973 between Howard Custom Builders Limited, of the First Part, The Corporation of the City of North Bay, of the Second Part and Jeannine Landry, of the Third Part relating to the development of certain lands in the City of North Bay.
