Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 24th day of September, 1973 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the province of Ontario represented by the Minister of Transportation and Communications for Ontario relating to a study for new routes in the Highway #11 corridor.
