Being a by-law authorizing The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated the 20th day of September, 1976 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Government Services relating to the Ministry obtaining for the Ambulance Services Branch the use of the Corporation's radio communication facilities.
