Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 21st day of March, 1977 between Marshall Park Development Limited and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the development of certain lands in the City of North Bay to be known as Marshall Park subdivision, phase VIII.
