Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated the 21st day of September, 1977 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Jack Medig operating under the firm name and style of Ferris Sports, relating to the operation of the skate sharpening concession at Doublerinks Arena.
