Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated the 25th day of August, 1977 between the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, for the province of Ontario, as represented by the Regional Director, Northern Region and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the leasing of Parts of Lots 18 to 32, inclusive, Registered Plan M-85, Trout Lake Road.
