Being a by-law authorizing The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into that certain agreement dated the 18th day of January, 1978, between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and the Nipissing Board of Education relating to the leasing of the Sixth and Seventh floors of the new North Bay City Hall.
