Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 3rd day of March, 1978 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay of the First Part, Her Majesty the Queen represented herein in the Right of the province of Ontario by the Minister of Health for the province of Ontario of the Second Part and the North Bay Hospital Commission of the Third Part relating to the emergency power project for the North Bay Civic Hospital.
