Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 30th day of March, 1978 between Marshall Park Developments Limited and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the development of certain lands in the City of North Bay on Cullen Court to be known as Phase VII, Stage I.
