Being a by-law authorizing the execution of that certain agreement dated the 10th day of February, 1978 between Local 122 (North Bay Branch) of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the wages and working conditions of those employees who are part of the bargaining unit of the aforementioned local.
