Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 26th day of June, 1978 between the North Bay Professional Fire Fighters' Association, Local 284, International Association of Fire Fighters, and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the 1978 Collective Agreement.
