Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated the 15th day of May, 1978 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of the Environment relating to termination of project 2-0010-58 and 2-0103-62 sewage treatment plant.
