Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 24th day of July, 1978 between Econo Disposal Systems Limited and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the collection, removal and disposal of ashes, garbage, and other refuse to include Tower Drive from Little Down Lane to the East end of Tower Drive.
