Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain lease dated the 1st day of June, 1978 between the Local Board of North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit and The Corporation of the City of North Bay for those premises known as the fifth floor (level six) of the City Hall, located at 200 McIntyre Street East, in the City of North Bay.
