Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that certain agreement dated the 13th day of July, 1978 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the province of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Communications relating to the North Bay Railway Relocation Study.
