Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 27th day of August, 1979 between the North Bay Professional Fire Fighters' Association, Local 284, International Association of Fire Fighters, and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the 1979 Collective Agreement.
