Being a by-law to authorize the execution of those certain agreements dated the 26th day of August, 1980 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and Larry Chassie and J.P. Turgeon relating to the operation of the skate sharpening concessions at Memorial Gardens and West Ferris Community Centre.
