Being a by-law to authorize the execution of that supplementary agreement dated the 14th day of August, 1980 between The Corporation of the City of North Bay, the North Bay and District Y.M.C.A. and the North Bay Centennial Swimming Pool Commission relating to the provision of additional financial responsibility.
