Being a by-law authorizing the execution of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of the Environment and The Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to a $5,000 contribution to the hydrogeological study of the municipalities garbage dump known as the landfill site.
