Being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement between Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of the Province of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario and the Corporation of the City of North Bay relating to the reconstruction of the Lakeshore Drive and Pinewood Park Drive traffic control signal system.
