Being a by-law passed pursuant to the provisions of the Local Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1980, CH. 250, Section 8, declaring it is desirable that the construction of a 28 foot wide curb and gutter roadway described in schedule "A" to this by-law should be undertaken as a local improvement.
